yea elagu GC ippudu anthala ichetattu leru kada..so oka 3-5 years continuous ga chesi india ki vellipovachu ankunte tiseskovachu..GC EB3/EB2 doesn't really matter..

first job desi company ki pani chesa mottam sambar gallu.... meeting lo arava gola ardam kaledu ante appudu english lo repeat chese vallu dash gallu...dandam petti jump ayya.

no gurantee that you gonna work at same place man, if the contract is ended with the client, they gonna move you to a differnt client, and some times you have to take interviewalso when you go to a different client, ust llike regular contracting obs, pay wise very very cheap, plus benefits, gc you have to check whether they gonna do it right away or within 1 or 2 years, mostly they do after 2 years, same same politics sh!t wherever u go, good thing is u get paid when u on bench, good luck!!!
