only buy it by land  sq yard rate, 23 yr old , shidhilaaavastha lo untaadhi , ayinaaa 2 cr petti konnave anuko , even if b y renting u extract the taxes and maintenance and almost breakeven

how much % increase per yr are you looking at, a small plot like 200 sq yds one and that too in that neighborhood wont increase much in value  (aka not much increase return of investment) , go to outskirts and buy 4 corner plots in layouts , guaranteed 4-5 yrs lo double avthaayi

1) citylo saturation ekkuva untadi...so ikkada nuvu sq yrd 1 lakh petti konnadi double avvadaniki 5 yrs padite outskirtslo 2.5 yrslo avtadi

2) never buy a property with hopes on rentals...idi nuvu 3 Cki konte max neku 1lakh rental vastadi..ade 3C nuv banklo veskunte 3lakhs vastadi...without doing anything and its stable income

3) never buy a propety if your not getting it at discounted price..assume that expected growth in that area will be always included in the price the seller is qouting

more than 3crores with registration .. emanna manchi areas lo polalu konukko .. koulu ki ichina you get more than what you get on rentals.. maanchi polam 10acres vosthadi even if it is 30lkhs per one..
