underwriters mostly ask for ur health history, medication, alchol consumpstion, physical activity, apps you use to monitor diet and gadgets you use monitor heart rate/calories burn(i don't think they cross verify any of those). And then there will be blood test and urine test where they take height weight and Blood Pressue.

I think you get points if you have Fitbit and if you use any app to watch you diet. Ivi anni munde telisi unte na premium koncham taggedemo..so I wanted to pass the info ..

gave primary Doctor name ( i said annual checkups)

cheeked hight and weight 

And final step they asked my visa copy so gave that's it
