Go to the court and say that you are guilty and driving on 39. they will reduce your points from 4 to 2 and ask you to pay the fine.

once you pay the fine in the court, points will be updated to your insurance company. You must take online defensive driving course to waive off your points on your driving record and then send a copy of your driving defense certificate to your insurance company, so they will not increase your premiums. also you will get insurance discount on your next renewal.

15 mph but less than 19 mph		2 points

Can I pay the fine online and do online online defensive driving course for points waive off  ??

it is always better to go to the court, sometimes if the judge is good, they will waive off 2 points as well and then ask you to pay just the court charges.

if you dont want to go to the court, you can still take defensive driving course online and your score will be automatically sent to the DMV and your points will be waived off.

dont forget to send the defensive driving certificate to your insurance company. this is more important.
