In the same post, please suggest technologies for :

1. Fresher (cousin) soon will be on OPT, MS in IT. What technology to be recommended to him?

2. 10+ years Business Analyst, wants to shift into more paying technologies (ex: Workday, Guidewire, SAS, etc..)
