current options malli contracting lo project search cheskovadame after Aug 31. current mesthri gadu bhi anthe salary istunnadu but no bench pay...!

already 140 approved unte me mesthri tho matladuko adi cancel cheyadhu ani cheppu.. go to CTS and after few days manchi job (good client and salary) vethukoni jump kottu

they are too big for not finding you a proj. they will find a proj easily but you shoudl learn new tech if required.

better to find new proj and learn additonal skills to get more billing rates.

i vote don't join CTS
