I have cancelled my ticket way back in May and still haven't got my refund processed yet. 1. I have been calling them every now and then ever since my ticket got cancelled. Every time I call them pertaining to my refund, they will put you on hold for excessive periods of time (typically ranges from an hour to couple of hours) and give you all the misleading information. I did spent so many hours on the phone to sort out my issues without any success. Such an horrific ordeal with them. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. 2. They don't even care to send you an email confirmation for the booking/cancelled reservations. 3. They will charge you more for a cancellation fee than what was originally quoted. 4. They often trap the customers by listing the lowest prices for flight bookings when compared to the other third-party agents. #BEWARE# Please do not buy flight tickets through JustFly.com. It's totally a RIP OFF..Rather deal with a reputable agency or reserve your tickets directly through the airline. Just my 2 cents.. Quote

Now, as it's beyond 60 days I need to check with them to see if they can reverse the transaction. However, I am hoping to get an update by the end of this week.. Quote
