Very Urgent Help..emplyr terminated..

Hi Bro's.,

Im in india bcoz of sme accidnt for 4 months. Suddenly emplyr send an email saying tht ur emplyment is terminated. what r my options..plz help ..very urgent. I have stamping till 2017, i-140 apprved w other employer. Can I transfer my H1 now? can my employer hold this process? I am coming back this weeknd.

 about that man, confirm with your employer if there is any grace period else get a job and come over.

Enduku terminate chesaadu, any reason he mentioned in that email ?

Medical leave kinda vachiddi kada , that too you are not in US, pay cheque kuda run cheyalsina avasaram ledu. May be he is crazy or lack of communication between you and your employer..

Better option ayithe H1 transfer, niku already stamping undi kabatti POE lo issue em undadu, ATB..

sent them all details, my emplyr is in india, no contact. emplyr valla cmpny lo [email protected] vallu chesarata. since its been 4 months ani..;
