What r u a Phd in bio medical... kaadu kada... rest anta sarva mangala melamey... there is no skill check for opt's these days, but if you are trained in JAVA why not try to improve it slowly rather than just get on something else... asalu workday endi aa tool deniki use chestaaro anna idea undaa man...

 but this is harsh reality man... if you don't put your efforts the days are very dark ahead... Mavni bokka ani sodhi gallu cheptaaru avanni sollu your hardwork is your wallet... thats it man...

Any reporting tool try cheyyi.. For that you need some SQL knowledge..

There are plenty of tools..edi comfortable anipiste ..dookey..ATB

Workday gurinchi Teledu Kani Bhayya... Any new thing is difficult initially. I suggest stick to Java. Pularsight looo courses chudu emyna help avutayemooo

You should consider yourself to be lucky for 1) having a job 2) Working on one of the best technology in IT. Don't screw it up by thinking about other technologies. support ki inka konni ekkuva dabbulu ichhi adugu java nerpinchamani.. Looks like you are new to IT industry. Remember one thing, if you are good at java then you can survive anywhere and learning any technology is very easy. If you don't find JAVA interesting then you should start liking it that is the only way.

As someone said above to learn Talend. Just so you know, even talend generates JAVA code with all the components you use to design job. 

I guess even the underlying platform for WORKDAY is also JAVA. JAVA rocks!!!
