Depends on sub lease terms, general ga once you sign a lease you would be on it till it finishes (even if you sublease). Oka vela ide case aithe you are also liable to pay those charges. Thats my 2 cents.

Vallaki fine vesaru .. vallu kattaru so it doens't get reported into their credit history ... nee case lo already report iyenatundhi ... reach out to leasing office guys explain the things and make sure how they handle the situation ... 

if they say its out of our control .. reach out to an attorney and file a case based on the proofs you have if attorney says we can win ..
