Is it advisable to go to H1B stamping along with family with just I-797A original receipt ? Also how long will it take if employer apply for a duplicate copy? Quote

loveindia Posted August 13, 2016 Report Posted August 13, 2016 I went for stamping without original I797 man... didn't take from employer so had only copy of it... POE appudu kuda had photo copy only... so I believe you should be fine as long as you have other documents along with the copy man... Quote
