depends on budget  you can buy  any japanese car 

if u live in a place where there is lot of snow go for the subaru or  you can chevy  cruze which is very good car 

u can also  buy the kia rio which has less than 15k miles it costs only 10k max as the car has 100k warranty 

if ypu wist to live in  places that there is not much snow you can buy prius which  has  very solid  fuel efficiency and reliability
