bhayya, i 140 approve ayyindhi...H1 next yr end dhaka undhi..india ki vacha 2 weeks back oka vela next yr US vellali anukunte can i go back maa employer gaadu as long as nuvvu india lo unte nee H1 nenu terminate cheyanu annadu...so if i want to go back to US next yr can i go? I 140 APPROVE ayyindhi so naa GC process nenu india lo unna continu avudhi annaru entha varaku nizam?

visa expire aithe... mee emp h1 ki apply chesi aa petition to stamp veyinchukuni povachu.. expire kakapote.. job unte vellochu

ur mesthri is right on -  GC process can continue even

Malli ravalanukunte 

• be prepared for scrutiny at POE if you stay longer than 6 months - prove the employment continuation with pay stubs, reasons for long stay  etc
• make sure your visa is valid for at least 6 months before your travel back to US - recommended by any immgr attorney
• understand that ur emp cannot file AOS/i-485 if your PD becomes current when your outside of US.

i-140 is a employer's document anthe ... neeku pelli aithe nee spouse ki EAD apply cheskovachu.. ... other than that nothing man...

With approved i-140, u can renew h1 even after the 6yrs term is over. if u dont have it, you have to go back to india and come back on a new h1.
