Thanks......... Yes, you are correct that you have to pay 3% BT fee with this card. The only card where you can avoid this is by applying for Chase slate card, which gives you 0% APR for BT for ~15 months plus there will be no BT fee if you do in first 60 days. Understand that you will need good credit score ~700 to get approved for higher amount Quote
