Worried about savings, getting married in Nov 2016 - Love Marriage

I am getting married on Nov 28th 2016 at Pitts Temple, here is my situation.

 

Me and my GF both working form past 5 yrs, Saving around 140K(both included), bought house with 2 Crore (Cash) in Vijayawada.

 

Spending around 60-80K for marriage, so after Nov I will have around only 60K savings.

 

Can I buy house in Charlotte for around 500K(Looking for 6 BR house) ?

as per my knowledge you need to put a minimum of 5%(If you have a good credit) down for house which is 25k(for 500K) so you can buy a new home
