Parsht kolovu as Leeed Deweloper

Hi Bhayyas

        I recently graduated from a university and joined a cons and got job as a leeed dewelloper. I am just tensed as its my parsht project and i will be the team lead. Did any one got through this same situation and became successpul. i never have any exp.

Emledhu man ...due your research on topic sent as a meeting request before going. Emyana doubt ga debet ga nadusthundhi anuko.. we need to think about it before making decisions ani..ani answers deplomentiga ivali.... and dont come to a conculsion hastly it will push u in tight spot.... Manager gaditho close ga undu like recent sports avi ivvi discuss cheyi..vadini machiga chesuko... kindha people ki ekuva chanuvu ivaku  start lo... may b after few months u can... Mails kotetapudu jagrta...anitini manager include cheyaku..important ayithe cheyi... team mothani grip lo petuko..and status chepamanu every day ...
