The heart wrenching story of an NRI.
I am writing this article with a heavy heart. There always has been many incidents

on abusive husbands which get publicity because there is a helpless woman involved but what about abusive wives?. This is about an abuse done by a mother and her daughter towards a man who is both a husband and a father.
Madhusoodhanan S is his name, a man who worked hard for 20 years in Dubai as a taxi driver, doing late night shifts since he cared so much for his family. In July 2014, he had a stroke in Dubai and had to return back to India for treatment. His right side was completely paralyzed, his wife never cared about him, all she wanted was his money. When they saw him in this condition his wife and daughter didn’t want him anymore.

 

 

This is where the nightmare starts for a man who put his family before himself. He owned a house, two shops at the center of the town. His wife took advantage of his illness and made him transfer all his property to his daughter’s name and after it was all done. She has started a new shop by herself and started bringing strangers into the house every month. She wanted her husband to die, never gave him a glass of water or his medication. It was by the sympathy of the nearby neighbors that he survived.

If anyone tried to interfere in any of her actions she would file a case of molestation or rape against them. This show the power of a word of a woman against helpless men. She knew a lot of influential people and who could make the life of any one who tried to oppose her a living hell. The neighbors used to give him money to buy medicines but even that money was take from him.
His daughter is also as abusive as his wife, they ask him to throw the garbage, wash the car, sweep the floors and buy their daily groceries. This man had to do all this, if it wasn’t done, she and her daughter will keep hitting and harassing him until he does it. She wouldn’t even let him switch on the fan in his room in the summer heat, he was told to sleep without the fan.
From the past few days, the neighbors didn’t see him outside the house and there was a rotten smell coming from inside the house, the neighbors could hear someone banging on the door from the inside, they rushed to open the door and saw him on the floor unable to stand up.

He had to crawl down all the way from second floor. There were blood trails on the floor because his feet had maggots inside. He was also in very bad shape as he hadn’t eaten for four days and drank only water to survive. When they went to his room to get his medicine, the floor of his room was covered in blood and pus and near door there was a bowl with foul smelling food in it for him to eat.
The neighbor’s immediately called the police and the area was secured, while the police was questioning him as to what happened, he was begging the nearby neighbor’s for a piece of cloth to wipe his blood from the floor before his wife comes else she will kill him for dirtying the floor. That shows his mentality, he is not worried that he may lose his feet due decomposition, he is scared of his wife.
I humbly request you to share this post so it reaches the concerned authorities and they take strict action against her as she has already filed for divorce after transferring all the properties to her daughter’s name since he was unwell and now is in the hospital he won’t be able to be present for hearing.

He is too scared to make any decisions because of the condition he is in and also because of the abuse he will have to face later from her. He lives every day in fear of her. She is living the life of a queen with his money while he is rotting away to death. This is too heavy a price to pay for living having thought only about his family.
