Suggestion needed - marketing

hi bhayyas ...recently my friend came to us on h1....IT side try chesthunnadu....kani valla employer marketing start cheyatledhu....adhi idhi ani timepass chethunnadu?....

he is worried that malli nov dec season lo it will be tough....actual ga is it compulsary that they have to go via marketing team ? Manam sonthanga indeed dice lo apply chesthe tarvatha marketing appudu emanna problem avtundha ??? 

Should he start appearing fr interviews or wait for employer to start marketing ...? Ardham kaatle...
