After joining new employer, old desi employer gadu I-140 revoke chestadu. My wife's H4 EAD is currently valid until 2018. What happens to her H4 EAD? USCIS gaadu notice pampistada intend to withdraw EAD ani? Or EAD valid until 2018? EAD extension time ki new 140 unte saripotunda? 2. New employer gaadu said he will start GC process immediatly. But it takes around 2 years to get new I-140. Quote
