speeding ticket..urgent Help guys..

Speeding ticket padadhi Bro Newjersey north brunswick.... 55 speed limit mida 75 poyina... Tappu nadhe.. but Cop saley gadu  2 tickets vesadu...... okati speeding ticket..inkoti ..safe corridor ki car tisukole ani... Already tisukunna.. but konchem late tisukunna endukante akkada 4 lines unnayi.. I am in the very first line.. and moreover it is night 9:40 pm migitha 3 lanes data podhamante konchem traffic undhi..so moreover vadi lights venakanunchi vesthunnadu.. antha clear ga ledu so mellaga safe corridor ki move ayya.. but vadu poyi 2 tickets vesi poyadu...

Go to the court and plead not guilty. Explain to the judge about why you couldn't move to safe corridor immediately as a safety measure.

They will remove the points for safe corridor and then coming to your speeding , they will issue 4 points for sure for over 20mph . You can plead guilty for speeding, and then judge will reduce it to 2 points by writing it as 14mph over the limit. so you will end up with 2 points. and to get rid of these 2 points, completedefensive driving course online and once you pass, the result will be updated to DMV in 24-36 hrs after which you will have no points on your record.

 

make sure you send a copy of your defensive driving certificate to your insurance, so you can get some discount.

I believe defensive driving test can be taken only once in 4 yrs. So make use of this course option appropriately. Good luck.

Do not Overspeed again in NJ. the county's are pulicly looting money in the name of traffic rules.

2. Defensive driving course theesko. 2 points pothaayi. 
3. In NJ, for every year of safe driving, 2 points will be taken off. 
4. Speeding tickets will not have any teeth and has less impact on your Insurance increase.

Not so much to worry....By next year you should be clean..

Ikkada safe corridor ki vadu money emanna tagginche chances unnayo.. and more over i am moving to Different state in next 2 weeks.. safe corridor ticket mida  pay by date 09/02 ani undhi.. speeding ki court ki vellali.. Manam emanna date schedule chesukovacha..... court ki call chesi ?

yes you can call the court clerk and schedule a date.

Just Pay and get out of the mess.mana country kadu bhayya , saale gallu irikistaru baga and belive you me chala tension untadi court loki velli not guilty ante . PD will try hard to prove you wrong .

Defensive Driving test raayali ani decide avthe, you have to pay fine only AT court. If you pay online and give the test then there will be no use.. Test raastunna ani court lo pay chesetappudu chepithe they will make a note of it..

Court lo Guilty ani counter vesi, proove cheyalekapothe, court time waste chesav ani adoka fine vestaru..
