H-ONE Extension Denied

I am from Pharma background, completed masters in 2013. From then working in IT, H1 approved and also stamping done in India.

Applied for extension and denied. Current one valid up to sep 2016. Trying to move to pharma and also checking IT opportunities with different employer.

Planning to join GBCccc incase if I can't find something in this 30 days. The start date of colege is Oct 22. Dbians, pls let me know your suggestions and best advice.

My question is, would it be a prob if I am out of stattttus from sept 30 to oct 22?

h1->f1->h1 change of status is easy? would it effect my entry back if I go to stamping in India again?

Check the reason for denial and apply again h1b transfer and extn .. It shouldn't be a pharma background issues since u already got ur h1b previously..

Yes it is the reason mentioned in denial. Unfortunately my current job is ending, so I couldn't apply through other employer for the same job. So I need to find an emplyer and a job. and it would be safe if it is pharma.

yeah, ade chusthunna from a week. Trying hard to push my luck. normal ga ne this process of hiring a full time takes 2 months or so.
