Need help - h1 intent to deny

31st ki exp avuthundi h1 and rfe padindhi. 

Question: On 31st i94 expire avuthundhi and can i apply for COS after 31st before the RFE result? And university starts on Oct 28th. What will be my status between h1 result and semester start? Almost 45 days gap.

If ur h1b case in process and I-94 expired means u will be in status.. If h1b denied u l be considered out of status since I-94 expiry date.

u can't do any thing when ur I-94 expires..I don't think u can apply for change of status when I-94 expired..

so my suggestion is to apply cos before it expires..

By the way what is ur current visa ?

Currently on H1 and no valid visa.. Applying h1 transfer+ext and lawyer saying we can apply cos to f1 with h1 transfer receipt. Not sue how it works
