Yes you can change employer. Go ahead and accept if you like the fulltime offer. but make sure you have the copy of I140 with you. the new employer has to restart the whole process and you can retain your priority date.

Same question. DO we need to stick same employer for certain months after 140 approved. Or can switch immediately?

i recently accepted a full time offer (which is 4 months after my I140 approval with old employer).. client attorney asked my i140 copy and she told that we can retain the Prority date.
