Urgent Help: Direct F1 OPT Status to H4 EAD status

Currently my wife is in F1 OPT status. Last April lo H1 Pick avvaledhu.

Next Year dhi last chance. Current full time job vundhi kani F1 OPT EAD to H4 EAD direct ga transfer avvalem antunnaru. 

First F1 to H4 convert ayyake EAD ki apply chesukovali antunaru. Ala chesthe she will lose full time job because she will be in H4 status for 3 months atleast.

Any suggestions?
