'Note for Vote' - CBN files petition in HC

Hyderabad: Following the ACB Court orders on the re-investigation of the 'Note for Vote' case and probe orders on involvement of CM's role in the case, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu filed a counter petition in the AP High Court seeking a halt in the investigation and probe.

TDP circles are of the same argument that this is opposition conspiracy to corner Chandrababu. However, one wonders what is the need for the CM for a counter petition. He could have allowed for investigation to prove his innocence!
