Hi Frnds,

can any 1 shed some lite on following:

 

H1 revoked: what happens , do i need to go back india?. if yes can i find another employer under cap exempt?

1st Term expired (H1 3 years): for Cap exempt can i find another employer to file my H1 under Cap Exempt?, assuming i did not utilize first term and i dont have paystubs for my stay in US.
