you don't need to be present. The registrar can do on your name and just give power of attorney to your father... So that you don't need to do double registration...money bokka

10 lacs shadnagar lo chala ekkuva bhayya. 4 lacs ok. adi develop kavalante minimum inko 15 yrs padidhi. memu 10 yrs back kothur daggara teesukunnam 3000 per syrd ki. ippudu 4k kuda evaru teesukovatledu resale.

but if its just to flip and make profit in near future, look elsewhere, shadnagar is too far from city to be growing up in value to give you a decent return of investment
