Just so you guys know, program manager has nothing to do with technical manager. Program manager is on par with software developer. In fact PMs pay is less than software engineer. If your friend is wantedly going into PM side then well and good.

As far as compensation is concerned, base package and stocks are more important than anything else. Nu cheppina range lo upper midway lo base start cheyyamanu, mostly base penchadam kashtam unless he has good negotiating skills. glssdoor lo full package ah leka base ah adi check chesukondi.

i would say if his interview went really well, then stick to 150K base atleast. Good luck!

thanks bro.. technical side kakunda business xposure kosam choostunnadu.. andukaney switch. he is not confident good decision or not.. base pay ney aa numbers.. 6.5yrs experience tho bay lo 150k takkuva ekkuva nothing special aa ani suggestions adugutunnadu.. he worked very hard until now..
