H1b Visa appointment question Help!!!!

Need a help I am trying to book a slot, I have valid i797 since past 5 years but never got it stamped  what is my answer for this 

 

Do you have a previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee)?

adigedi neeku H1B visa vunda ani .. ante did you ever got stamped for H1B Visa ani.. i797 ante H1 ee .. adi visa kadu kada ... its approval

stamping is different from having Visa. You are a H1 visa holder...so Yes

i797 is just an approval letter kadha..which tells your H1B petition is approved ani.
