May be you're psychologically looking at the star power as we have grown up watching Kamal and Amitabh, but talented directors like Maniratnam, Balchandar has said in many interviews that Mohal lal is the best actor in our country.

i share a similar opinion...no doubt he is a very good actor but e role ki may be other would have justified more anipinchindi either bala gadu(without his dialogues spree) or audition chesi chuste ajith gadu...ball elagu opukodu .. lal mari baari personality ipoyindi ani an feeling
