Hi,

I am on my 4th year H1-B and have an approved I140. We recently got our H1-B and H4 extension approved for 3 years until 2019. Then we applied H4 EAD and got approved with dates 9/30/2016 to 9/28/2018, only for 2 years instead of 3years. I think we should have gotten it for 3 years. did anyone else seen these kind of results? can i apply for a re-appeal? if so whats the procedure? can i just call the customer care?
