Amendment, Transfer suggestion

Please help. I am an employee of a company 'A' which is a desi consulting company. I recently moved to a new project with a new client at a new location. My employer already filed H1-B amendment in regular processing and yet to receive the receipt notice. Now, I got a full time offer at a company 'B' and they are ready to file H1-B transfer in premium processing. Is it safe to go ahead with the transfer or should I wait until the amendment is approved ?. If it is safe to go ahead with the transfer, Can I join company 'B' as soon as I receive the transfer receipt notice or should I wait until the transfer is approved. I want to join company 'B' as soon as possible.
