Market is bad interms of number of positions and also the pay rate. I would suggest you to not to go for pay rate(Guddikanta Mella better). market will be fine until mid oct slowly declining and dead in nov and dec. But a ray of hope is that All my projects secured till now are mostly in nov mid till end . Market may reopen sometime in Jan. So till then try taking any position if available with any pay rate. atleast you would reduce your loss of pay to half.

don't depend on marketing man.....they are no better than you if your firm don't have direct clients. Just look in dice and apply yourself. Marketing do the same exact thing.
