Urgent Help

Hi All,

 

I don't have a job last 3 months & still searching for a job. My H1B is expired on Sept 30th. I have only one pay stub (i.e last 15 days). I spoke with employer a few times regarding H1B Extension but e is not give grantee to apply extension. He always saying without a job, it is risk to apply extension. i don't have hopes on him. Please suggest 

 

Here are some scenarios 

 

1) If i need to pay some amount of money to current employer and get previous paystubs? is it possible? 

 

2) Once i get 2 months paystubs then transfer another employer  

 

3) Looking for CPT colleges.

Ask him to apply in regular processing for extension that anyways takes 6-8 months processsing... meanwhile you can get job.. and you can do amendment with extension again so that you will be in safe side.... hope this helps..

This is my 4th year H1B

then pay for ur taxes and get paystub from ur employer
