దిల్లీ: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ విభజన సందర్భంగా ఇచ్చిన ప్రతి హామీని తూచా తప్పకుండా అమలు చేస్తామని కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అరుణ్‌జైట్లీ చెప్పారు. ఏపీకి ప్రత్యేక ప్యాకేజీపై ప్రకటన చేసేందుకు ఆయన మీడియా ముందుకు వచ్చారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు సంబంధించిన అనేక అంశాలపై సమీక్ష నిర్వహించామని జైట్లీ తెలిపారు. మీడియా సమావేశంలో కేంద్రమంత్రులు వెంకయ్యనాయుడు, సుజనాచౌదరి పాల్గొన్నారు.
జైట్లీ ప్రకటనలోని ముఖ్యాంశాలు ఆయన మాటల్లో..
* విభజన కారణంగా ఏపీ ఆదాయాన్ని కోల్పోయింది.
* 2014-15లో రూ.3,975కోట్ల రెవెన్యూ లోటు ఇచ్చాం. మిగిలింది దశలవారీగా ఇస్తాం
* పోలవరానికి నిధులను కేంద్రమే సమకూరుస్తుంది. ప్రాజెక్టు కోసం 2014 ఏప్రిల్‌ తరువాత ఖర్చు చేసిన ప్రతి రూపాయి కేంద్రమే భరిస్తుంది.
* ఏపీ పునర్విభజన చట్టం, 14వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం సిఫార్సులు, గత ప్రధాని సభలో చేసిన హామీ, నీతి ఆయోగ్‌ సిఫార్సులు పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకున్నాం.
* 42శాతం నిధులు ఇవ్వడం, రెవెన్యూ లోటును చట్టప్రకారం 100శాతం కేంద్రం భర్తీ చేస్తుంది.
* అప్పటి ప్రధాని ఇచ్చిన ప్రతిహామీ ఈ ప్రత్యేక ప్యాకేజీ ద్వారా నెరవేరుతుంది.
* బెంగళూరు- చెన్నై, విశాఖ- చెన్నై పారిశ్రామిక కారిడార్‌కు రూ.12వేల కోట్లు నిధులు
* 14వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం నివేదిక ప్రకారం ఏ రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఉండదు.
* రైల్వేజోన్‌పై త్వరలో నిర్ణయం
ఏపీకి సాయం నిరంతర ప్రక్రియ: వెంకయ్య
ఏపీకి సాయం అనేది నిరంతర ప్రక్రియని కేంద్ర మంత్రి వెంకయ్యనాయుడు అన్నారు. ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలతో ఏపీ సమాన స్థాయికి చేరే వరకు కేంద్రం చేయూత అందిస్తుంద‌నిచెప్పారు. ఏపీని కేంద్రం ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రంగా గుర్తిస్తోందన్నారు. ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధతో ఏపీలో అన్ని కార్యక్రమాలు చేస్తోందని, చట్టంలో పేర్కొన్న విద్యాసంస్థలను అనుకున్న సమయానికంటే ముందే ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామన్నారు.
