MistiBushi outlander 3 row is also cheap and best

 

Subaru outback is good a nice ..best purchase..it will run for 20 years

 

Ford escape is one more option.

 All of them gives only 25 mpg on average in combined mileage. So all sucks.

Highlander better in resale value compare to pilot and CRV as honda purchase cost is more so net loss is more.

Don't buy MDX or Pilot top ends with ZF-9 Transmisson, having lot of issues and it's not worth the trouble. Google Honda Pilot 9 speed Transmisson issues, you will understand what I mean.

Suv's eppudinna v6 is good.. V8 mileage will be crazy and v4 pickup problem..
