Janatha Garage, one of the biggest hits of this year, is running superbly by exceeding all the expectations and delivering higher than expected numbers at box-office. After 10th day in Theatres, the Jr NTR starrer reportedly raked in a share of 71 Crore worldwide & grossed more than 100 crores. Despite some new films on Friday, Janatha managed to gross 1.24 cr in AP and Telangana on Saturday.

The film, directed by Koratala Siva, is nearing to forecast in 50 crore club with AP and Telangana collections and it's expected to achieve this feat on Sunday. Now that the makers added few more scenes to the film, the exhibitors/distributors anticipating a soar in box-office numbers.

In the meanwhile, Janatha Garage team celebrated the success with media on Saturday evening wherein Junior delivered an emotional speech while thanking director Koratala Siva. Starring Samantha and Nithya Menon as leading ladies, Janatha Garathe has music by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Thirru.

Through his badminton academy in Hyderabad, he has been churning out champions for the nation. P.V. Sindhu is his protege and she made the country proud by winning India's first individual Silver medal at the recent Rio Olympics. Gopichand and Sindhu watched NTR and Koratala Siva's Janatha Garage in Hyderabad today, along with their families. They were accompanied by Hyderabad Badminton Association President Mr. Chamundeswarnath. They watched the film at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad and appreciated the unit of Janatha Garage for coming up with a good film. Pullela Gopichand had this to say. "The film is very nice. NTR and Mohan Lal gave excellent performances. I congratulate the team and director Koratala Siva for coming up with such a nice film", he said. P.V.Sindhu echoed the sentiments. "I enjoyed Janatha Garage. NTR gave a superb performance. Congratulations to the team", she said.
