Discipline is the most important thing when it comes to shares or investment or gambling. 

go slow, analyse your game, analyse your betting strategy, how much time are your spending in casino, come up with rules, with utmost discipline follow your rules. if you can't follow your rules I suggest you take a long break and tune your mind to follow those rules (write your rules on a paper and watch them when ever possible)
