Can we work while the H4-EAD renewal is in pending status (receipt received)?

Bros, ma friend okka athanu converted to H4 and got H4 EAD last year and working on it, It got expired this august.

He applied for H4 EAD renewal based on H1b & H4 extension receipt numbers and received receipt for H4 EAD renewal.

Can he work while the H4-EAD renewal is in pending status (receipt received)?

No, renewal apply chesina tarvaata approve aithe kotha valid date nundi work cheyale but you can still maintain H4 status by not working....

Dont worry, if you have a receipt you can work....even if the data on your old ead is completed...h1's do the same, receipt raagane kottha employer daggara work cheyyatam start chestharu...you dont have to worry

h1 is different from h4 EAD. He cannot work with H4 EAD receipt.
