any car 5,6,7 years old ayithey factory engine warranty ayipoyi untundi.. at max they may get another 1 or 2 yrs extended warranty... 

adey money ki kontha add chesi kotha car konachu kada man.... same EMI (or pay $50 more). carefree ga haayiga 5-6 years no repairs tho undochu kada...

check KBB value with the parameters, try around that price or little less than that, it will show both direct owner as well as dealer price
