Ok. then no need to worry. you are cap exempt. what is lawyer is saying. Try to upgrade to premium immediately. if possible post this query to immigration lawyer.

new h1(h1 transfer)  in process lo undi kada. so no issues. incase h1 transfer (new h1) reject aithe appudu problem. apudu kuda MTR applu cheyochu

if your new H1 is filed and receipt generated before the old H1 is revoked then you will not have any status issues.
