No wrong info brother. New H1 Receipt generate ayyaka, you can stay until 180 days on that receipt number legally. No issues.

 

(Mostly Idhi avvadhu, just for probability sake) In case, if H1 tranfer get deny, then there will be status issue.

ha generate ayindi , i got receipt number on july 20 , old employer tho last date : july 22. new employer tho started on july 25 , old employer receipt revoked yesterday. premium suggested paina turtle, do u recommend that too?

Last year maa company naaku extension file chesindhi, as usual money endhuku waste cheyadam ani ani premium cheyinchaledhu, so i got approval after 1 year in regular but got approval for only 1 year....immediately after 1 week i got the approval, HR applied for extension again but premium this time (luckily i didnt pay from my pocket) and got the approval in a week for 3 years this time.

 

I would recommend to go with premium...
