suggesition please - about IT career

I am not from US

I work in India in a lucha MNC. lucha ani endhukannanu ante majarity people career lu valley random ga decide chestharu (which technology u should work)

my experience is 3.6yrs. from last 6 months working in Load Runner tool. previous (3 months training, 3 months bench, 2 years Mainframe project (JCL okkate untadhi technical ga & control-M idhi just rerun kottukotame and if error comes just fix cheyatam))
inko 6 months edho L lo project..

coming to the point, I want to switch my career into technical side. I thought of learning Pega. is that OK ?

or any other technology suggest cheyandi konchem future unnadhi except Hadoop.

open Apple or FB or google or any product development companies careers website and look for what they are asking? And how to learn those?
