But rains anevi manholes ni full ga water tho cover chesthay. how would a common man know about it.

I dont think Govt took atleast a minimum safety measure by displaying hazard signs at the man holes. I dont think public will trash those hazrad signs for no reason. GHMC should admit it and atleast take good measures from next time. This must be a lesson to correct for next time
