Vendors strictly saying NO Corp to Corp - WHY ?

almost 3 months nunchi marketing chestunna.. andaru vendor directly saying No corp to corp..

I was never on bench since 2010. This is such a drastic change to market .. Cannot Digest

Rates gurunchi maatlade avakaasham kuda ivvadam ledu.. I have contact with almost 50 American vendors

But still no luck YET !!!!!!!

fck the vendors layers and every mofo trying to make money by just sitting around. 

to every job seeker out there, make a portfolio for yourself. Start writing blogs, show off your work experience and link it to fb, linkedin, indeed. 

People should approach you with job offers, This is the way to eliminate scrap from IT industry but i understand its easier said than done for many.

Remember vendors survive because of you, as they say change starts from you and only you, ne tech lo nuv perfect aite nobody can scratch you. 

Eventually market will shift to this direction, already chala mandi started doing this, youtubers, blogs, podcasts, bootcamps, trainin vids, meetups. 

This is the current trend. Good luck with what ever you are doing.
