Jai pappu. విభజన జరిగాకా ఏపీలో అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన కొత్తలో.. తను పదేళ్ల పాటు హైదరాబాద్ లో ఉంటానని ప్రకటించాడు తెలుగుదేశం అధినేత. విభజన చట్టం ప్రకారం ఉన్న ఆ హక్కును వినియోగించుకోవడం మంచిదే అనుకున్నారంతా. ఆ వెంటనే బాబు గారు.. కొన్ని కోట్ల రూపాయలు వెచ్చించి.. హైదరాబాద్ లో ఏపీ వాటాకు వచ్చిన భవంతుల మరమ్మత్తులకు పూనుకున్నారు. అరె.. మహా అంటే పదేళ్ల పాటు మాత్రమే ఉండే మాత్రానికి ఇన్ని కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఈ భవనాల మీద ఎందుకు పెడతారు? కొంచెం అడ్జస్ట్ అయితే ఏం? అనే ప్రశ్నలు తలెత్తాయి అప్పట్లో! అలా డబ్బులు వెచ్చించడాన్ని చూసే బుగ్గలు నొక్కుకున్న వారికి తర్వాతి కాలంలో బాబుగారి తీరుతో తల తిరిగిపోయింది. కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు పెట్టి హైదరాబాద్ లో ఏపీ వాటాకొచ్చిన భవనాలను రిపేర్లు చేయించిన శ్రీమాన్ చంద్రన్న గారు.. ఒక్కసారి ఓటుకు నోటు కేసు వీధికెక్కగానే.. హైదరాబాద్ కు హఠాత్తుగా సెలవు పలికారు! మనకు పదేళ్ల పాటు హైదరాబాద్ పై హక్కులున్నాయి.. తెలంగాణ తమ్ముళ్లూ బయపడకండి.. విభజన జరిగినా నేను హైదరాబాద్ లోనే ఉంటా.. అని అభయమిచ్చిన చంద్రన్న ఓటుకు నోటు కేసు భయంతో ఉన్నట్టుండి తన రాచకార్యాలకు విజయవాడను కేంద్రం చేసుకున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ కార్యకలాపాలను ఉన్నట్టుండి విజయవాడకు మార్చడం, తాత్కాలిక సచివాలయం, అందుకు సంబంధించిన దుబారా, తాత్కాలిక సచివాలయ భవంతిలో లోపలి చాంబర్ల ను కూల్చడం, కట్టడం.. ఇప్పటికీ ఉద్యోగస్తులను పూర్తి స్థాయిలో అక్కడకు తరలించలేకపోవడం.. ఆ ప్రహసనం అంతా వేరే. ఇప్పుడు ఆసక్తికరమైన సంగతేమిటంటే.. ఏపీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కుటుంబం హైదరాబాద్ లోని తమ వ్యాపారాలను కూడా వదలించుకుంటోందనే మాట వినిపిస్తోంది. ఇక్కడ ఉన్న తమ వ్యాపారాలను వేరే వాళ్లకు అప్పగించేస్తోంది నారా ఫ్యామిలీ! హెరిటేజ్ ఫ్రెష్ ను ఫ్యూచర్ గ్రూప్ కు అమ్మేసేందుకు సంప్రదింపులు జరపడంలో రెండు కారణాలు ఉన్నాయనే మాట వినిపిస్తోంది. అందులో ముఖ్యమైనది నష్టాలు కాగా, రెండోది.. హెరిటేజ్ ఫ్రెష్ మేజర్ గా హైదరాబాద్ లో విస్తరించి ఉన్నది కావడం! ఓవరాల్ గా హెరిటేజ్ లాభాల్లో ఉంది. కానీ హెరిటేజ్ ఫ్రెష్ రూపంలో రీటెయిల్ బిజినెస్ భారీ నష్టాల్లో ఉందని తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ వ్యాపారంలో దూసుకుపోతూ.. టేకోవర్లతో దూసుకుపోతున్న ఫ్యూచర్ గ్రూప్ కు ఈ రీటెయిల్ బిజినెస్ ను అప్పగించేస్తే ఓ పనైపోతోందని హెరిటేజ్ భావిస్తోందట. నష్టాలను తట్టుకునే శక్తి నారా ఫ్యామిలీకి ఉన్నా, హెరిటేజ్ ఫ్రెష్ స్టోర్లు ఎక్కువగా హైదరాబాద్ లోనే ఉన్నాయట. 115 స్టోర్లకు గానూ 70 స్టోర్లు ఒక్క హైదరాబాద్ లోనే ఉన్నాయట. ఇక హైదరాబాద్ పై ఆధిపత్యం ఆశలు తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీకి ఏ మాత్రమూ లేవు. జీహెచ్ ఎంసీ ఎన్నికల వరకూ అవేమైనా మిగిలి ఉన్నా.. ఆ ఎన్నికలతోటి తెలుగుదేశం కథ అయిపోయింది. ఇక రాజకీయంగా పలుకుబడి లేని చోట వ్యాపారం కష్టం.. ఏ సమస్య వచ్చినా, అది చాలా పెరిగి పెద్దది అవుతుంది.. అనే భావనతో నారా ఫ్యామిలీ ఈ స్టోర్ల వ్యాపారానికి తిలోదకాలు ఇవ్వనుందని ప్రచారం జరుగుతోంది. అంటే అధికారం లేని చోట పాలూ, కూరగాయలు అమ్మడం కూడా అంత కష్టం అనమాట!
