renditiki link undadu mama.. rendu seperate.. what you can do is, nee regular desktop meeda ninchi drag chesi vmware lo xp desktop lo drop chesthe then copy avutundi..ala copy paste cheyochu...

kani xp desktop ninchi you can't access the nrml desktop.
