u need to observe any leaks from the roof, water heater warranty time, furnace and the ac warranties..........

if u have silver appliances, they might rise the condo fee..... Make sure u have a association for the condo and make sure it is less than 250$/month.........since it is recurring amount, always the recurring amount needs to be less....any other things PM me

1) association fees or HOA : ask what it includes. It might cover landscaping, snow removal, roof, siding and sometimes they also cover heat and hit water. 

2) ask if there are any assessments. If interior roads are paved, or if new roof is installed, they charge assessmemt just like HOA

3) ask for condo rules. 

4) radon gas mitigation in place or not?

Inka usual things like appliances working or not, heat, AC , any water damage, plumbing issues, etc.,
