Look for recent selling in that community...to know the price range

Ask for HOA fee 

Look how long properties are in market....this tells you if the community is a better or not 

 

Check for AC/Furnace/ Heater - these are the major investment u may have (5-8K)

Look for appliances....Bargain of you have older stuff

Ask - if by any chance your project ends and you have to move-- in such a case can you Rent the apartment? some places dont allow this..clarify this

and ask him as many questions as you can, to know more about the house

if not 330 is too high. dont take it. 

for 15 years(15x 12months x $330) = Almost $60K you will be paying condo fees only. antha kattadam waste. 

this is for 15 yrs only.. imagine what happens for 30yr loan. Snow padey area lo untaava? why tht much high condo fees?

If you see a house in Zillow....try contact the agent on the ad, if you call your agent instead...ne agent will take cut here 

Instead if you directly contact the ad realtor u can ask for a cut or get a better bargain price

Do you mean seller's agent? seller agent ni contact cheste, oka $5k kosam kakkurhipadithe, they will always look out for seller. better interview 5-10 agents, ask for their recent deals/closings, check market rate of recently dealt properties by them and hire your own agent.
