If you see a house in Zillow....try contact the agent on the ad, if you call your agent instead...ne agent will take cut here 

Instead if you directly contact the ad realtor u can ask for a cut or get a better bargain price

zillow lo ad lo vachina agent ni contact chesava? I thought you are looking at listing book, where seller agents details are given.

as I said, interview them, ask them about local market, how long they are doing this, their recent closings etc.,

depends, In new england area, most of the houses are older houses/ part of them are renovated in recent years. There are hundreds of older houses sold every day in new england area that are built back in 1960. also, new england area is considered as historic and people love the architectural details in older houses.

noone wants to buy a 1960 house in dallas/irving, so it depends on area too.
